General Terms & Conditions of E-Woodproducts.com

E-Woodproducts.com is part of E-Products Europe BV, headquartered in Ghent (Patijntjestraat 107). These general terms and conditions apply to all sales and deliveries made through our website.

1. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Delivery and assembly costs are not included.
  • Payment must always be made in advance, either by bank transfer, credit card, or any other payment method available at checkout (iDEAL, Bancontact, Google Pay).

2. Delivery

  • The customer will always be informed by e-mail or telephone regarding the status of the order and the estimated delivery date.
  • Shipping rates apply to Belgium and the Netherlands. E-Products Europe BV reserves the right to refuse delivery based on order size or geographical location.
  • Delivery takes place at ground level next to our delivery vehicle. The customer is expected to assist the driver in placing the product at the desired location.
  • All delivered goods remain the property of E-Products Europe BV until full payment has been received.
  • The stated delivery times are approximate. The customer has the right to cancel the agreement if the delivery time exceeds 30 days.
  • By signing the delivery note, the customer agrees that the products were received in good condition. If the customer disagrees, this must be noted on the delivery note immediately.

3. Invoicing

  • The customer will receive the invoice within 10 working days, either by e-mail or in printed form.

4. Warranty

  • E-Products Europe BV provides a 2-year warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing, material, or construction defects (proof of purchase required).
  • The following are excluded from the warranty:
    • Improper assembly or installation;
    • Normal wear and tear;
    • Incorrect or negligent maintenance;
    • Misuse or vandalism;
    • Repairs performed by third parties;
    • Modifications made by the customer.

5. Damage or Missing Parts

  • The customer has 48 hours after delivery to report any damage or missing parts. E-Products Europe BV will provide replacement parts free of charge.
  • E-Products Europe BV is only liable for damage during transport if the delivery is carried out with our own vehicles. Transport performed by the customer or third parties is at the customer's own risk.
  • The company cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from improper use of the product.
  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
  • The product must be returned with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
  • If the returned product is damaged or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a depreciation fee may be charged.

7. Returns

  • The customer has 14 days to cancel the order and a further 14 days to return the product.
  • The return address is: BV E-Products Europe, Hannaerden 1A, 9280 Lebbeke, Belgium.
  • After receiving the returned product, the refund will be made within 5 working days via bank transfer.

8. Invoice Conditions

Invoices must be paid by the stated due date. In case of late payment:

  • Statutory late-payment interest will be charged automatically, in accordance with the Belgian Law of 02/08/2002 on combating late payment;
  • A fixed compensation of 15% of the invoice amount will be charged, with a minimum of €40 and a maximum of €2,500;
  • All administrative and legal costs (lawyers, bailiffs) will be charged to the customer.

9. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of E-Products Europe BV until the invoice has been paid in full.

In the event of disputes, only the courts of Ghent shall have jurisdiction.

10. Orders

  • By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these general terms and conditions.
  • E-Products Europe BV reserves the right to refuse any order. In such cases, the customer will be refunded in full.
