- After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, without damages or signs of use.
- If possible, return the product in its original packaging.
How to Return

- Carefully pack the product in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transport.

- We recommend sending the package registered and insured.
Refund
- After receiving the returned product, we will refund the full order amount including shipping costs within 5 working days.
- We will ask you via email for your IBAN number for the refund.
