• After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
• The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, without damages or signs of use.
• If possible, return the product in its original packaging.

How to Return

1. Send an email to support@e-woodproducts.com to register your return.
2. Carefully pack the product in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transport.
3. Send the package to:

4. The costs for returning are your responsibility.
5. We recommend sending the package registered and insured.

Refund

• After receiving the returned product, we will refund the full order amount including shipping costs within 5 working days.
• We will ask you via email for your IBAN number for the refund.
